Service Description

Before your teleconsultation, you will receive instructions on how to connect to the platform with a personalized link. No app download is required. You will receive one or more questionnaires to complete before entering the session. These questionnaires help us focus your care even before you arrive for your appointment. During your appointment, you can see and chat with providers via your computer or mobile device. If you wish, you can share the link with up to two additional devices to keep you connected during the consultation.
