Service Description

Before your teleconsultation, you will receive instructions on how to connect to the platform with a personalized link. You do not need to download an app. You will receive one or more questionnaires to complete before entering the session. These questionnaires help us focus your medical care even before you arrive for your appointment. During your appointment, you can see and chat with the doctor via your computer or mobile phone. If you wish, you can share the link with up to two additional devices to keep you connected during the consultation. At the end of the consultation, the doctor will create a prescription and/or treatment plan, and our staff will send it to you via the virtual platform, your email, and/or WhatsApp. You can take this prescription to the pharmacy of your choice to fill your medication. Note: In some cases, you will need to come to the office to pick up a physical prescription to fill some medications.
