How does the telehealth (online) option work?Through our platform we will notify you as soon as you schedule an appointment with us. Before your teleconsultation, you will receive instructions on how to log in to the platform. You will also receive a link with one or more questionnaires to complete before entering the session. These questionnaires help us focus your care even before you enter your appointment. During your appointment you will be able to see and talk to the doctor or psychologist through your computer or cell phone. At the end of the visit, the doctor will create a prescription and a therapeutic plan and will send it to you via the virtual platform, your email and/or your WhatsApp. You can take this digital prescription to the pharmacy of your choice to obtain your medication. In some cases you will need to go to the office for a physical prescription in order to fill some medications.
-
Which platform do you use for your telehealth (online) visits? All our telehealth visits (online) are conducted through our Huli digital platform. To access the platform during your visit you only need to click on the connection link that our staff will send you. It is NOT necessary to download any application to access your teleconsultation. Up to three (3) devices can be connected at a time. This is particularly useful in group visits or therapy for minors that require an adult to be present.

At Mens Sana Clinic, our Primary Care Providers (PCP) focus mainly on depression and anxiety disorders, offering first-contact or follow-up care to patients already assessed by a psychiatrist at our clinic.
